Our customers are those in need of Mobile Notary Services to notarize legal or important documents outside normal business hours or if they are unable to travel. We process documents such as I9 Employment Verification's, Birth Certificate applications, Motor Vehicle Titles, DMV bills of Sale, POA, Affidavits, and more.
Our signing agents have built a special reputation for thorough and quick signings that ensures the details of your documents are accurate. We print and provide documents, ensure proper endorsement, we include embossing and will expedite documents with overnight shipping. We serve Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas.

With Cbus Notary Priority Mobile Services, you can always expect personal and direct attention.
Weekdays: 8:00a to 4:00p and 6:30p to 9:00p.
Saturdays: 8:00a to 9:00p.
Later hours for Weekend Notary calls are available with your notice.
For "basic" Mobile Notary Services, most appointments are set and fulfilled in two hours or less, depending on the volume. For "hourly" situations, two hour's notice may be needed (for new customers).

We provide mobile notary services that are tailored to your needs and location. Our services are available in Franklin, Fairfield, Licking Counties, and other surrounding counties. We can travel to hospitals, nursing homes, and other convenient locations. Our fee for the notarial stamp is $5.00 per act, and we charge a reasonable travel fee that ranges from $35 and up depending on your location.
Discounted travel fee for new customers only.
There is a travel fee which will be negotiated and agreed upon prior to the appointment for service is accepted.
